Starting Brazil Butt Lift...any one else??
Today is the first day of my 60 day Brazil Butt Lift program!! Started out with a 3 day Shakeology cleanse over the weekend...so now it's time to get serious about changing my eating habits and completing this workout! Who inspires you in the Insanity DVD's?
Since I first did Plyo, that girl that is on the left front in the red shorts and black sports bra has been my inspiration. Don't know who she is but she just seems to have this attitude I LOVE! And her abs are amazing!! She just inspires me to keep going. So who inspires you to keep pushing through to make it to the end??

Favorite meals
Just thought it might be interesting to share our favorite healthy meals and dishes. I am having a hard time getting back on track again with my eating and could use some ideas, especially lunch ideas that I can fix or take to work without a lot of hassle.

Getting back into that routine is so hard!
