My big thing is smoothies...I have a single serve blender at work and always keep stuff there to mix something up. I have made it that far before...IT SUX!! I actually do love the ab workout just not right after Pure Cardio...last time I would do the abs in the morning and the workout at night. Yeah I cheated LOL!

All my INSANE friends motivate me lol! I love hearing the stories of how tough it is but they just keep going. And the satisfaction they get when they do complete a workout or a week or a month! LOVE IT! Keeps me going!

Great job!! It will get better! Just keep it up! I am going to try to get through what I can, modifying where I can. I may regret it in the morning, but I just don't want to stop at this point. I am totally motivated (for a change) and don't want to end up starting over once again.

Great job on finishing Week 1! I got it finished last night. I am really sore this morning, but I think the "wood cutting" was also a contributing factor. The support from others on here is what keeps me going. Let's get on to Week 2! :)

I always use a HRM...makes me push harder trying to keep those numbers up.

Finally got this one in last night! Felt so much better and was able to get my heart rate up and push it pretty good. Was dying by the end tho on the squats and push ups lol!

I keep waiting for my neurologist to say we can try Botox. However the insurance will not pay unless all other treatments have been exhausted. We are getting close! Most of the meds others have mentioned haven't worked for me.

I could have written that! Mine are worse in the mornings...I wake up many mornings and have to call in work and tell them I will be late. Well I did it this morning. Not feeling well but trying to stick with it. I hated that I wasn't pushing it and my heartrate was way down because I was feeling really weak. Did what I could and got through it. Hope I feel better today! Nasty flu going around and I DO NOT need that!

Gonna post my Fit Test results and compare as I go Switch Kicks - 90 Power Jacks - 32 Power Knees - 79 Power Jumps - 25 Globe Jumps - 8 Suicide Jumps - 11 Push-Up Jacks - 21 Low Plank Oblique - 40 I was dying by the end! But compared my numbers to previous "starts" and feel pretty good about it!

Down 6.5 lbs...a day behind...gonna play catch up tonight since I have NO plans at all after work! Shoulders and Arms and then Stretch X...I WILL try the Yoga again, just don't feel ready to tackle that one just yet. Great work everyone!!
