I just got my blood work test results back for my Cholesterol.. And it's perfect!!!!! I started this lifestyle change adventure in January with my overall cholesterol being 257!!! Does anyone have any stability ball excercises that you like to do and feel the results? Please share! I do the upward crunches, but have not had much success in the push up w/feet on ball. Not quite there yet I guess.

I have a serious addiction to the scale! I can't help but want to get on it everyday! It goes up, it goes down, and so does how I feel.
