I'm a couple days away from the start of my cycle and am completely ravenous!!! Chocolate is definitely the most appealing to me (of course) and I try to eat thing like Kashi bars so that at least I'm getting some protein and fiber along with my "fix" but yikes!!! Sodium levels
I work out 6-7xs a week and ALWAYS break a sweat (more like I sweat buckets) but I've been noticing that I usually come in a few hundred milligrams over where I'm supposed to be on my salt intake. Should I be worried and cut back or will it balance out?

Sleep and appetite
I have been getting more sleep lately (I usually get between 4-5.5 hrs/night and now I'm up to a little over 7 hrs) and I have been feeling a lot more energetic and a little less hungry.. Why does my sleep affect my appetite?
