I have recently had an ankle injury that really limits my work-out. I started swimming laps and doing p90x Ab Ripper (which is all floor work) but I could definitely use any suggestions that would help to vary my work-out. I don't know how long I'm going to have to be off of it and I don't want to blow my progress and/or become bored.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Anything that is not high impact should be fine. I hurt mine a couple of years ago while I was working with a personal trainer. We just stuck with elliptical, bike, and rowing machine for cardio and all of the weight were fine... got me out of stepping on the weight bench and jumping over it for a couple of weeks though!!! I suppose it depends how injured your ankle is.0
