Why didn't I lose?
I have been eating fewer than 2000 calories for this last week (which MFP says I should eat to lose 1.5lbs per week), averaging about 1800. Although I have not posted meals everyday I have kept it under this. I have really tried hard. I have also been doing FocusT25. At weigh in today I gained .4 lbs. I have not eaten back…

Calories or NET Calories
What should I go by to lose weight? The calories or Net calories? My calories are good but my net calories are low. Should I be eating more? Thanks for your help and advice.

Day 1 Ignite
So far so good. Not hungry. I didn't thing I would like the vanilla smoothie but I found I really do. It tastes like cake batter. Not overly tired like I usually am at the end of the day. Still have dinner smoothie and flush to do. Fingers crossed!!

Trouble with Pedometer
When I wear my pedometer on the band of my pants it does not count my steps. I think it is because I have too much fat and it is holding it still. today for my whole 8 hour shift at work it said I only went 1750 steps. Will I get the same reading if I put it on my shoe?

Which Calories burned to go by?
when i workout, my treadmill says one amount of calories burned, but my heart rate monitor says a totally different amount. Which one is more accurate?

How many miles so Far
I really need to kick this up. I have only done like 15 miles so far
