What should I go by to lose weight? The calories or Net calories? My calories are good but my net calories are low. Should I be eating more?
Thanks for your help and advice.

MFP as designed gave you a calorie deficit BEFORE exercise. That way people who can't/won't exercise still lose weight.
Net calories takes exercise into consideration. Because you added exercise MFP gave you addtional calories (to consume). Be careful as MFP and many machines can overstate calore burns. Many people here eat a percent back ...start with 60% and see how it goes.
Yes, you will lose "weight" quicker by eating zero calories back .......... however, eating at a moderate deficit preserves more lean muscle. If you want to lose mainly fat .....eat calories back.0
