I do lose inches slowly. I will go back in and find my maintenance again. I am hoping I will see a drop soon. I read what people on here are saying so I lowered my goal to 1600 cals per day. I know I need to watch the sodium intake too. Thanks for your advice.

I weigh in once a week. I used to do it every day but that was discouraging so now I am only doing it once a week
-
I am 5'10" and weigh 280. When I didn't track I pretty much the same things as the other days. I do understand that I need to track everyday to keep it right. I am trying to better with that.
-
Thank you for your comments. I will keep trying and be extra sure that I am tracking correctly. I am just confused why it says if I eat a certain amount of calories that I should lose and I didn't lose.

You ate too much. You ate at maintenance levels or above. Try harder, and eat less. Track everything you eat, otherwise you really have no clue what your intake was. OR: Mild water retention. I would correct your logging inaccuracies and hope it is water retention.
If I am eating at maintenance levels then why does…

You are most likely holding water because you started a new exercise program and your muscles are adapting. This is completely normal and should subside in a few weeks. Hang in there. You got this.
So is it possible to be drinking too much water?

I want to do at least 20 minutes of exercise each day.

I love the sound of this challenge. Short term should help me keep focused.

Where do you track your fiber at?

I have been doing the workouts as outlined. I have only lost a very minimal amount of inches and pretty much no weight loss, but I am feeling way better than before I started. I also have been getting thru the workouts a bit easier although I am no pro and it takes a lot out of me.

I started today. Pretty much all of it was with the mod but I burned lots of calories!
-
265 3 pounds total for this challenge so far. Scale seems to go up and down 2-3 pounds and then lose a pound and then the cycle starts again. But it is still a loss!

I am stuck at 267. Just down 1 lb. My clothes feel looser than they did a couple of weeks ago. I have to find my tape measure to see if i have lost inches. Hopefully this stall will go away soon.

Great job on the loss!!
