HRM /Calorie counter Watch workout, WTH????
OK, so got a New Balance heart rate monitor/calorie counter for workouts.. Did about an hour crossfit class followed by a chest heavy weight lifting day.. Im 6'3 308lbs, I push myself in the gym very hard but it says I burned 1583 calories?? Are any of these watches/chest bands accurate?? Cant believe its possible to burn…

Water consumption ?? What do YOU add for..
Looking for a few opinions, do you add coffee/ soft drinks/ protein shakes to your water consumption for the day? Im looking to get 1.5 Gallons a day and wasn't sure if I should add for these things.. trying to kick Diet Soda anyway, so mostly coffee and shakes each day..
