Water make a difference?
I have the hardest time drinking 8 glasses of water a day. It has nothing to do with needing flavor because I prefer pure water over flavored water. Calories from fat
When counting calories, are we supposed to include the "calories from fat" in any way? (for example add the calories +calories from fat?) Why is that significant and how should I, or SHOULD I incorporate that into my food intake? I haven't so far and have been losing so.......

Splitting Up Exercises....
Question: If I do 3 sets of "exercise" for 15 minutes each (all of them different times of the day), Is that as effective as doing 1 set for 45 minutes? Example: P90x for 15minutes at 11am, then again at 3pm, then again at 8pm

Is anyone else seeing this "Gastric Bypass, no surgery for $480" ad on here????? I hate seeing these ads because they look so inviting and EASY, especially when I am getting discouraged; but that ad seems to be EXTREMELY too good to be true........

Walking equivalent to Aerobics?
I need to know, is burning 300 calories by walking/jogging the same as burning 300 calories doing moderate to heavy aerobics? Just wondering because Im thinking of walking/jogging 3-4 times a week and aerobics only once a week. Is there a difference in the calories burned or weight loss speed/results or not?

Was wondering, is sex a good calorie burner and, if so, for how long and what positions are best? I hope no one is offended by this question but Im serious and I want to do all that I can and hey, why not enjoy it???! Im married and im wanting to challenge myself in the bedroom and burn calories as well......

Eat calories back after exercising????
I recently saw a couple of people mention to "eat the calories back that were burned" and now Im COMPLETELY confused and stressed almost to the point if tears because I feel I have been wrong all this time. Can someone please explain what this means.... Are we supposed to burn calories from exercising then eat to gain them…
