When counting calories, are we supposed to include the "calories from fat" in any way? (for example add the calories +calories from fat?) Why is that significant and how should I, or SHOULD I incorporate that into my food intake? I haven't so far and have been losing so.......

No, don't add it but use it as a gauge. Foods that have less calories from fat would be a healthier choice/option.0

Here's a good article explaining calories from fat and how that can affect your overall health.

I like to keep my total fat intake at about 30% or less of my total calories. I just change my settings to the way I want them. I also increased my fiber to 25 grams per day.0
