Sports Bra at the gym - appropriate or not?
I am curious about what people think of women who work out in a sports bra and workout pants/shorts. Is it considered appropriate or too much skin?? My gym does not have good air conditioning and I die of heat less clothes the better, but first I want some opinions. Thanks

Why Scales SUCK - small difference but still there pic
I am 5'5 . The picture on the LEFT I was 119 lbs, and on the right is current and I am 130 lbs my heaviest. Personally I feel a big difference and am stronger than I have been. I stopped weighing myself and have been going by how I look and feel. Numbers can be discouraging!!

Weight isn't always bad- put away the scale (pic)
NOT ME I came across this woman on instagram, and the picture is just proof that weight isn't always bad, and when the scale does go up to not lose hope, if you feel good and clothes fit better why does the weight matter :) I want to record my inches and body fat percentage on Monday rather than weigh myself!

Need help upping my calorie intake, meal ideas?
I am currently eating around 1200 calories a day which is way too low.
