About the jog in place!
Cause I'm gonna start doing my "big exercises" at night and I need to do something! I feel lazy not working out...is there such thing as working out to much? I do Pilates, p90x, random workout DVDs and stuff on Netflix, usually one or two everyday. Nw I'm adding jogging in place in the afternoon.

I usually am on mobile. I'm Jess, married mom of two. A friend directed me to this website. I am currently 192 and hoping to get to 170. Overall my goal is to get back to prep regnant weight of 110. But I'd rather climb the hill first rather than take down the whole mountain! I'm in need of some mom friends for support. :)

Running/jogging in place?
If I run or jog in place for like 30 mins a day or even twice...will it help? Or is it pointless....it's winter here and plus I don't have anyone to watch my kids while I jog. :/

Need more support friends!
I have got to go work out cause I finally have a sleeping baby and toddler! But I'm 23 mom of two, wife...80 pounds to loose...need lots of support! Off to do Pilates since I lost my p90x disc ugh...2 year olds lol

Who does p90x?
I do just the cardio...it kicks my butt! Which I need...I try to do it everyday but I haven't been. As of today it WILL be everyday!
