I usually am on mobile. I'm Jess, married mom of two. A friend directed me to this website. I am currently 192 and hoping to get to 170. Overall my goal is to get back to prep regnant weight of 110. But I'd rather climb the hill first rather than take down the whole mountain! I'm in need of some mom friends for support. :)

    Hey, I will be you buddy. My little guy was born 4 years ago I was 225 and have managed to get all of it off plus a bit more. I was the same way.. I set small goals to keep from getting discouraged

    When I started I set my goals for every three months. Ten pounds a month. I knew I had over a 100lbs to loose, but I didn't want to think about it that way. Plus I gave myself ONE YEAR from the day I started. I said to myself, by this time next year I will be a healthier and happier person. I don't think about it being a year away because I take it one day at a time. My mind is set and there is no going back. =) I'm here if you need anything!
