About the jog in place!

Cause I'm gonna start doing my "big exercises" at night and I need to do something! I feel lazy not working out...is there such thing as working out to much? I do Pilates, p90x, random workout DVDs and stuff on Netflix, usually one or two everyday. Nw I'm adding jogging in place in the afternoon.
