weight loss progress slow? fitness progress going good?
So... I've been seriously working out for about 3 weeks. I always work out at least 4 days a week, sometimes more. I try to run at least 2-3 miles or do the elliptical for 40 minutes. Running in the cold!?
Okay, so I'm a baby with cold weather (I live in Phoenix) It recently dropped about 30 degrees though here and running in the evening has my lungs burning and my throat cold. Any advice? I already wear leggings or sweats and long sleeves.
