Counting Carbs
Hi, new to counting carbs. Following a plan from a dietician. Is there any way to see how many carbs are in each meal after you input all the food items? Or do you have to look at the carbs in each item individually and add them up for the meal? I'm sure there must be a way but I can't figure out how to do it on the app.…

Hi :-) Wasn't sure where to post this but I just needed some help. Can someone please tell me if someone posts a comment on your profile do you reply back on their profile or do you reply as a 'comment' to their post on your profile? Measuring Foods - Grams vs Mls
Hi everyone, Need advice about weighing and measuring. If a teaspoon is 5mls and you eat a teaspoon full of peanut butter, if I record it in MFP as 5grams is this accurate for calories? Thanks so much!

Snacks with some protein
Does anyone have any good snack ideas that include some protein? I've been eating some small portions of nuts but they are very small portions and so high in fat so I'm looking for something better I can replace them with that includes a bit of protein. Any ideas would be great :-)
