Counting Carbs

Hi, new to counting carbs. Following a plan from a dietician. Is there any way to see how many carbs are in each meal after you input all the food items? Or do you have to look at the carbs in each item individually and add them up for the meal? I'm sure there must be a way but I can't figure out how to do it on the app. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks!!

    Are you using the MFP app on the iPhone? If you rotate your phone horizontally, it should give you a chart that shows your tracked nutrient breakdown per meal/item (I just used it this morning to see how many grams of carbs and fiber were in my breakfast so I could take the right amount of insulin to cover for it).
