almond milk VS. 2% milk
I just tried Almond Milk(unsweetened) by Blue Diamond with my cereal & it tasted OK. ALMOND MILK VS. 2%MILK: It has 40 cal./cup vs. 2%milk @ 122cal./cup, less fat & carbs, more fiber, less protein, but almost double the sodium! What's best: 2/3 less calories, & double sodium, OR 2/3 more calories, & 1/2 sodium????

Low sodium turkey breast lunchmeat found!
Finally a solution to my lunchmeat HIGH sodium dilemma! The deli @ Ralphs had "Chef Express Turkey Breast" that contains NO SALT! It might be sold by Kroger as well. A serving size of 3 oz. has only 60mg of sodium, and 130 calories. I hope this might help some of you out there!

I just set up my ticker, but it doesn't show up on my profile when I look for it. Can anyone see my ticker? Or am I missing something??

I'm going to ride a zip-line when I reach my goal.
I was over 420+ pounds about two years ago, (the scale would not read higher). I got down to 395# & stayed there for a while. In October 2011, I weighed 385# and my legs gave out when I got up from the bed due to Type II diabetes when I became Hypo-Hypoglycemic. It scared the living crap out of me when I had no muscle…

A food that helps me when I'm craving sweets...
When I get cravings for sweets, I have some Yoplait Light Fat Free yogurt. They all seem to be only 100 calories, cost .79 cents or so, and contain potassium, Vitamin A & D, 5g of protein, & calcium. Good variety of flavors as well. They taste pretty good too!
