Thoughts on supplements? I am currently just taking OneADay Women's Multi and Optimum Nutrition for extra protein. Should I take other supplements or is what I am taking enough?

Rest between stages
Stage 1 Between B6 and A7, I missed a day to workout and it was a Monday. The last workout before that was the Friday before and the next workout was the Wednesday after. I AM NORMAL! One of the top NSVs..
I am in the normal weight range (upper) in BMI! It feels great! Now to lower my BF% to normal...I'm at 27.3% right now.

So as I was putting my Polar chest strap yesterday, I noticed it was a little loose...I started working out and I had to keep pulling it up! Needless to say I had to order the S and it should be coming in the mail soon...yay!

Annoying NSVs
Long story short, ,my boots are all too loose now..My ring moves around my finger and I am sometimes afraid that I might loose it and get in trouble with my SO..The jeans I bought last Friday, is now needing a belt...the only belt I have is too big. I am happy..I am proud..just a little annoyed that now I have to go…

This is me back in January 2011 during my cousin's debutante party...i want to say I was probably at around 135 lbs. here. That's my brother with me. Here I am at our family thanksgiving dinner with one of my cousins. As of this morning I am now 121.5 lbs. First time posting pics so I hope it works...
