amitriptyline and loosing weight
Hi, I am proscribed amitriptyline to help me sleep but I believe it slows weight loss down. Does anybody else take thesevsvd loose weight? I proscribed 3 x 10mg 3 hours before bed but I'm thinking of taking q 1 tablet earlier on. Please help!!! x
How many calories a day for maximum weight loss???
I'm so confused. I'm not loosing st the moment and am even using grenede fat burners. I weight 9st 6 and would like to loose 1 stone. I exercise 3 times a week. How many calories should I be eating and what about protein, fat and carbs. Thanks

I weight 9stone 10 and need to loose about 5lbs I am using my fitness pal and my calories daily is about 800. I'm not really loosing but as close to goal know its hard now. I exercise 4 times a week am I eating too low calories? Thanks
