Help please!!

I am new to this, I want to loose weight fast. I weight 10st 9lbs.

I am on 1200 calories a day, do I need to watch, fat carbs and protein aswell and what do you think I will loose a week thanks.

Any diet tips aswell will be appreciated xxx

    Buy a good ( not too expensive ) juicer and begin introducing veggie juicing into your diet
    Lots of FRESH GREENS
    Watch intake of starchy veggies / foods
    Watch high sugar and carbs intake
    Lots of water and exercise

    weigh in once a week and don't ever be discouraged ... just keep doing it !
