Yes. Eat at least 1,200 minimum. Eat back exercise calories. (this will sum up the next 15 replies telling you to eat more) :P

Change the settings to lose 1/2 lb/week. You don't need to lose more than that if you're 5 lbs away from your goal. Eat your exercise calories.

I don't think anybody should eat below 1200....Try upping it to 1400, then eat 200 back....At the moment you are eating to maintain....You are not eating enough....

If you eat too few calories, your body can go into "Starvation Mode" where it will basically want to hold onto weight and fat. It's a survival thing.

Think back in the day when food wasn't as easy to come by. Sometimes people would go days without a good, solid meal. The body is made to hold onto fat as an energy resource for those times. If your body is getting too few of calories, it will want to hold onto that weight.

If you're worried about adding on the extra calories, just make sure that they're good, healthy calories: lean proteins, produce, light dairy. Add a chicken breast or some salmon. Veggies too. Low fat cottage cheese or Mini Baby Bell light.

Try to limit complex carbohydrates and fruit (even natural sugar is still sugar).

Most important: Don't Give Up! Keep at it and you can reach your goals!
