Short Burst Cardio
Does anyone have any suggestions of any high intensity cardio that can be done 30-60 seconds? I want to add them into my strength workouts to be done after every 2 or 3 activities

Order of a workout?
Wondering what people think Is it better, when doing sets, to do the sets of each workout all at once then move on? Or keep moving round each one For example say your doing 3 sets of push ups, sit up and pull ups better to do 3 sets of push ups, move on to 3 sets of sit ups, then move to 3 sets of pull ups? Wish I'd taken progress photos...
Seeing how good people look to be able to compare to start Damn, I wish I'd taken a photo at the start I've noticed the beer belly get far smaller, it would of been a huge morale boost to see the difference Anyone else feeling these regrets?

RunKeeper App?
Does anybody use the RunKeeper app on iPhone to track their running? Recently started using it and thinking it is pretty useful to help me take a step up in not only losing weight, but getting some actual fitness now as well

Low Carbs?
I know its not really good to have a complete low carb diet all the time, as it leaves you feeling a bit tired, and definitely leaves me feeling a bit lethargic by the end of the day But has anyone found it good to maybe change 1 week of their diet to low carbs? Or just generally make it temporary for a while?

Any food/drink you just can't give up?
For me personally, I've been able to improve my diet, increase my exercise But while obviously water is much better for me, fizzy drinks are just something I can't give up, still I've switched to diet drinks Just wondering if anyone else has any things that they just can't drop out of their diet?

Eating Back Calories?
Seen people talking about its bad that they aren't eating back the calories they have lost during a workout Are you supposed to do that? Sorry im new to really getting myself a diet so don't know this stuff

Skipping Breakfast
I'm a student and tend to make the choice, especially in early mornings, to sacrifice breakfast for more time sleeping :P Now I know its bad, but just how much does skipping breakfast affect weight loss?
