Short Burst Cardio

Does anyone have any suggestions of any high intensity cardio that can be done 30-60 seconds?

I want to add them into my strength workouts to be done after every 2 or 3 activities

    There's a ton of suff out there. Using a plyo box, dot drill, or ladder drill is the way to go. Personally, I get outside and circuit cardio before lifting.

    What are you trying to achieve by adding cardio in the middle of strength training?
