Football (Soccer) 5-a-side

Going to play 5-a-side later on, anybody know a good way of logging calories for that?
Or at least a good estimate
any help would be good

    I've just had a look and soccer is in the exercise database.

    I'd say if you're running around an your heart-rate is increased then you'd probably burn 600-700 during a game.

    Just put Soccer casual in, would rather understate the calories than overstate how many I've burnt

    I know. I'm sure MFPs counter for swimming is way over the mark... making me look a lot better than the reality :laugh:

    I also subtract my BMR from any of the totals given by either my HRM or MFP. I'm currently running at 1.45kc/min so if I swim for 100mins and MFP says I've burn 1200, then I will do 1200-145=1055, so that's what I log.

    Maybe I'm being too anal about it, but then again, I rarely eat back more than 50% of my exercise calories, even on a biscuit bender :happy:
