I wouldn't call it a diet; i like to call it a better way of eating. Right now I am doing Herbalife shakes which is recommending 100-125g of protein and 1500 calories a day. If am over my protein but haven't hit my calories and I'm not hungry I shouldn't need to eat anything else, right?
I have used myfitnesspal on & off for over a year, but never signed in on-line to create a profile or check message boards. I'm looking for some friends to help motivate me. It looks like a great day outside, so I think right now I will go enjoy!
