High Protein Diet

I wouldn't call it a diet; i like to call it a better way of eating. Right now I am doing Herbalife shakes which is recommending 100-125g of protein and 1500 calories a day. If am over my protein but haven't hit my calories and I'm not hungry I shouldn't need to eat anything else, right?

If you aren't hungry then I'd say no, don't eat unless you are lacking in nutrients essential to your daily intake.0

if your not hungary don't eat... even if you made your goals.. drink more water fast.. it will help0
