I've been dedicated for about 3 weeks and have seen great results. I wish I had a before and after picture, but I don't. I'm going shopping for new work pants next week because mine are already looking ridiculous. I sent you friend request. Best of luck!

I'm in the same boat but thankfully they have wraps and salads; hopefully they won't be insanely huge and over my calories. Do you know how many calories to put in for exercise?

AWESOME! I love Herbalife. I have been on it for about 20 days and lost 5 lbs. I have so much more energy and can actually keep up with my husband, mr high energy...lol. I don't even crave sweets anymore. I couldn't believe it when someone asked me today how much weight I have lost, so I must be losing inches too!

Welcome to MFP! You have to start somewhere and this is a good place. Your friends are great support. It took me a long time to get out of the soda habit and into the water habit; its been a year and a half since I quit drinking over 80 ounces a day. You can do this; its all about changing your eating habits!

Love it! I started it 3 weeks ago and I'm down 4.8 lbs. I have so much more energy and I don't need my daily coffee.
