So my bacon says its 230 calories for two slices of raw bacon. Cooked its 35 cals per slice. This seems wrong. How does everyone track their bacon.
I have been working out and lifting weights for years but have never done a specific program. Therefore I haven't seen any real progress in terms of increased muscle/strength. I'm looking for a good workout that is relatively straight forward. Any suggestions would be great!:smile:
I need ideas for breakfast (all meals actually) that are low carb. I have been eating almost 300g a day and would really like to cut back. I have a mostly dairy free diet (daughter has severe milk allergy) and I don;t eat eggs.
