I have gained and lost weight on medication. Currently the lightest I have been since highschool on zoloft.! When your mood lifts it makes exercising easier and more enjoyable.

I usually go for the junk. I like junk food and if I can fit it in to my calories for the day I eat it and enjoy!

I have been doing a cheat day. But thinking I'm going to cut back to a cheat meal and 1 cheat snack. I think that I over do it as well eating junk all day and night. I end up feeling really crappy.

Sounds like me! I plan to get down to 145-147, have about 6 pounds to go. I like to work out and just want to look healthy and strong!

Whey is milk protein. Great for protein. I have a dairy allergy in the house so I use protein plus vegan which is yummy.

If it makes you sick I wouldn't worry about eating 1800 cal. As long as your satisfied it should be fine. Make sure your drinking enough water. Try having a few high cal snacks like nuts. Lots of calories, not filling but lots of protein. How old is your baby??

I use vegan proteins +, it taste yummy. I usually mix with rice milk but almond milk would be good as well.

I would like to start lifting weights. I have no idea where to start?? I do some at the gym but am not following any specific routine so it is kind of hit and miss. Any suggestions?

I go by what my hrm says. I figure nothing is 100% accurate but I have been using my monitor for about a month and have lost approx 10 pounds so that works for me. I eat back exercise calories!

Same situations here, lost the first 20 now have 10 to go and they are hanging on. I have lost a number of inches but really frustrated that the scale is not changing. Trying to be patient, my little one is 2 months this week. I am breastfeeding and have been eating back all my calories.

I would just start tracking everything, even if you haven't eaten well. Then you can see how many calories you are actually eating. I have found myself guilty of "cheating" and not tracking it. It makes it really easy to continue to eat like crap. So now I track no matter what. So some days my calories are >3500 can't do…
