Running - Improving cadence
I have a cadence of 159-160 on my runs no matter the speed. So if I am going fast the only thing that really changes is my stride length. Anyone have good tips on how to increase my cadence?

Have you lost and maintained for a year or more?
If you've lost 10%+ and maintained the loss for a year or more you are in the 2% of people to achieve that! Way to go! It's sooo hard to do and amazing if you've done it. Give yourself a pat on the back!

Average number of days in a row
Just hit 35 days in a row logging in. I'm sure many of the people posting here are very long time users and will not be reflective. What do you think the average days in a row of all users of the site is? My thought is 18 days.
