I have been using the nike distance wristband for over a year now. It tells the distance, speed , cal and time of my jog. Well today I did 3 mile jog in 30 min 40 sec. So I entered it in the exercise here and it said I burned over 600 cal. Now on My Nike band is said I only burned 311. So which one should I use . It is…

feels like a hangover
I have been running more lately and watching what I am eating. This last week I have waking feeling like I drank a bottle of wine. I do drink alot water during the day. Any ideas why this is happening? And I dont think I am getting sick. TIA

So on the cal intake. Mfp say 1200 to lose weight. So I went for a walk today and burned 366 cal. It says on my chart I can now eat 1566 today. What? I dont get it. Can some explain this to me. Thanks
