I dont think the nike band does my heart rate. But will go with a 100 cal a mile. I want to lose 15 pounds , and I havent lost very much. think it will take a while .thanks

I walk /jog 3 miles 4 or 5 times a week. Also do whatever dvd ( jillian, biggest loser, abs) I am in the mood for. So far not much fat lose , but sure thats to do with my eating habits.
