i am doing 1200 calories/day. I do the best I can, but sometimes i got like 60 calories over..is that too much do you think? or do you allow yourself a little extra?

Is it okay to be over on your protein and fiber? recently ive been over my carb count, so ive been switching around foods a little and now im over on protein and fiber..like 22 and 6 respectively. what do you think?? thanks!
