over on protein and fiber

Is it okay to be over on your protein and fiber? recently ive been over my carb count, so ive been switching around foods a little and now im over on protein and fiber..like 22 and 6 respectively. what do you think?? thanks!

being over on protein is not a bad thing if you do work out...protein is great fuel for your muscles and helps with recovery so that you dont get sore...
everyone body reacts different to fiber, so long as you are not having any tummy issues i dont see the problem...
i low/no carb some days and also find myself going over my protein, i dont track my fibre cause i know i eat plenty...0
