I purchased a Fitbit HR and synced it to here. I'm curious about how steps work. Myfitnesspal obviously counts your steps as exercise, but does it really create enough of a deficit? When I've burned this many calories just from walking around and going about my day, do I need to eat more? Should I still work out? Sorry,…

Exercise headaches
Does anyone else ever get headaches after exercising? I tend to get them about 90% of the time. I used to think it was because I was dehydrated but I'm not. I drink plenty of water all day and even more before and during my workouts. Any ideas? Thanks!

Does it make a difference?
Sorry if this topic has been posted before.. and I'm sure it has. BUT.. I wanted to know if it makes a difference if you split up your workouts or do them all at once. For example, work out 30 min. in the morning and 30 min. in the evening. Or is it better to do it all at once while you have your heart rate elevated?…

I am new to MFP and I have never counted calories or even tried dieting/limiting food intake. Counting calories is completely foreign to me.
