Does it make a difference?

Sorry if this topic has been posted before.. and I'm sure it has. BUT.. I wanted to know if it makes a difference if you split up your workouts or do them all at once. For example, work out 30 min. in the morning and 30 min. in the evening. Or is it better to do it all at once while you have your heart rate elevated? Thanks in advance. Oh, and by better I mean, burn more calories.

I work out in the mornings right after i wake up and then in the evenings when my trainer gets here..0

splitting it up is better. There is some debate over the effectiveness of long workouts - it seems your calorie burn may slow down after 45 - 60 minutes or something.0
