Hello, I'm just getting back on the wagon, starting my final push, just over 50lbs to go. woo hoo Anyways, I find it really easy to get in a rut of eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch everyday. Do you eat the same things everyday or do you find a way to switch it up?

Ok, well kinda. I jog/walked my first 5k today!!! 48ish min. The electronic chip timer things weren't working :( Oh well, I have a starting point! Next 5k Dec.18th. shooting for 45 min :) Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

Carnation Essentials 'no sugar added'
These taste great and have a lot of protien, so I've been using them as after workout 'snacks'. Today I realized that they have 13g of sugar from the lactose!! :( That's why I keep going over on sugar!!
