what day do you weigh yourself?
So, I just bought a scale! yay. Will only weight myself once a week. Just wondering how often do you guys weigh yourself and on what day? I think i am going to do thursday. Also do you weight yourself in the morning or night? Ronney

My NSVs for the day!!!!
OMG! so I went to the fair today! had a great time. I ate 1/3 of eggroll on a stick, (yum), a caramel apple with peanuts (yum), and a caramel sundae from BK (yum)... those are obviously not victories, but YUM... i dont feel guilty about it at all. Just wondering how many of you are gone for the day then log at night? Do you keep a notebook of what you've eaten? and how much you exercised? Grossly under calories!!! but going to fair tomorrow
