People with no gallbladder
Are there particular foods that set you off, other then the obvious very fatty foods of course. I got my gallbladder removed about 6 months ago and I struggle with feeling bloated and sometimes pain at night. Any input would be great!

People that lost weight and maintained
How much have you lost? How long have you been maintaining for? Do you find it harder to maintain or to lose weight? What are some "secrets" to maintaining? For me, I lost 40 pounds. I have been maintaining for about a year and a half. (160 to 120) I track all of my calories 90% of the time. I try to limit myself to eating…

Becoming one of "those" girls
You know.. the girls that you look at and wonder if you'll ever be that in shape. The girls that you wonder if they stay that way naturally or they really have to work for it. The girls that you look at and think there is no way you'll ever get down to that size. The girls that can wear almost anything and still look good…

why do you keep doing it?
Why do you keep exercising and eating healthy? Physical benefits, health benefits, or both? I eat healthy because it makes me feel better throughout the day. I find myself with more energy and just feel better about myself as a whole. I exercise so I can eat more and also because I want to look good. I keep on doing it…

Hey guys, I am having issues with my fitbit. It seems to restart itself at random times without me pressing on it. For example, today it decided to reset itself and my calories at 8 AM?? Any advice what might be causing this?

Fitbit logging
I recently got a fitbit and I was just wondering from what time to what time does the logging starts? For example, if I reset it at 6 AM, when do I end the day and claim that for the calories burned for the day? Or do I add my calories I sleep on top of that day? How does that work exactly?

I am getting married in 32 days.. I was wondering if there is a good work out/food program I can do for maximum toning results in this time period? I am already pretty fit, 5'4 and around 118, but there is always room for improvement. Thanks!

out of curiosity ...people that have already lost all the we
How is your self esteem now? Do you feel cocky or do you still feel self conscious from time to time? Do you get checked out more often, and feel good about it? Do people treat you differently? I know this is straight forward, but I am just wondering how you felt since you had your transformation. I also hit my goal…

Do you know what grinds my gears?
Ever since losing weight, when people tell me "You got to skinny, eat more!" "Girl, you need some meat on your bones!" Or make jokes about me being anorexic or too small. I'm not even that small, I'm 5'4 and around 121lbs. On a good day, I can fit into a size 3 if I'm lucky. There's plenty of girls smaller then me, and…

Do you ever feel like it's not good enough?
I wasn't sure where to post this thread, this is my first time creating one on here. One issue I come across (not really an issue, just what goes through my head once in a while) is when I read success stories, like from people that started out at 300lbs and then ended up at ..for example, 140lbs or something, I feel like…
