12 weeks to reach my goal ..... and I'm stuck!
Hi there My diet and exercise regime has gone really well, until now! I only have 8lbs to lose in 3 months which I know is totally achievable, but I've plateu'd again .... can anyone give me any tips or advise, or do I just plough on with what I've been doing? Thanks for any tips x

Does anyone out there do Zumba, if yes, how do you add your exercise on the exercise database, there doesn't seem to be anything that is near? And after starting Zumba today, I really want to log my workouts .... can anyone help?

To drink or not to drink ....
Hiya .. .well its Friday night and I've been really good with the diet and exercise this week, and really would like a drink .... my take is if you've been good all week and under calories, you can treat yourself to a tipple or two at the weekend ... especially leading up to Crimbo .......................... your thoughts…

Too much water or not!
Hi there Most days I drink more than required 8 glasses .... is there such a thing as drinking too much water ... and does this mean I would retain some as well? Your advise would be appreciated to help me towards my end goal. Thanx in advance x

11 days in ... and still going strong
Am hooked on MFP ... it's a great tool to keep an eye on your calories throughout the day, and watching how much you burn when you do your exercises . Also, the support you get is fab ... ask a quick question and voila heaps of replies all positive .......... just one question, why didn't I find this app sooner!!!! oh…

Day one .. many more to go!
Feeling positive today, but I know its going to be an uphill struggle and need all the support I can get! After having two boys close together and both being delivered C-Sect .... its time to shrug this excess weight. Any helpful tips would be appreciated
