12 weeks to reach my goal ..... and I'm stuck!

Hi there
My diet and exercise regime has gone really well, until now! I only have 8lbs to lose in 3 months which I know is totally achievable, but I've plateu'd again .... can anyone give me any tips or advise, or do I just plough on with what I've been doing?

One thing that has worked for many is to actually UP your caloric intake. This helps fuel your new metabolism. There are journals and studies that back this up too.0

Can't see your diary but you may have to increase the intensity of your workouts. Additionally, I had to increase my calories to get the weight moving off again0
