Just needed to share since I'm actually really, really happy about this. What, guys can't be excited about clothes fitting again? Workout sets - difference when you do them?
When doing crunches, does it make a difference if I do the sets far apart or grouped together? For example, I work from home often, and every 20 minutes or so I get up and do a set or two of 10, and repeat for a while. Is this effective, or is it better to do sets altogether?
