HM just over 5 weeks away.....
My second HM is the first weekend in May and I have been seriously lacking on my running. My first HM was last May (same one). I have no problem walk/running it, but would really like to improve on my time from last year. Any tips for getting my head back in the game and getting back on track (no pun intended)?

How often do you go?
How often do you do CrossFit? Do you do any other exercise? I have been doing CrossFit twice a week and either running or walking 2-3 times a week, but am thinking about increasing the number of times I go to CrossFit. I'm interested to hear what others are doing and the results you're seeing!

Another bulletproof coffee question...AM workouts...
