I have never in my life been able to do a 'man' push up. But over the last month i have been doing 30dswhich combines strength and cardio training! The 'girl' pushups have now become easy and now can do a few man push ups with perfect technique! I am so excited! haha! Just thought I'd tell someone!
I'm heading over to the states next week for a month and I don't know wether to log in on MFP or not. I don't want to gain weight but am not stall expecting to loose any. I started off with 0.5 kg which was way too light but was all I had at home but now am using 1kg. Sometimes I struggle with the weight and other times it feels like nothing! Do you use a variety of weights for different exercises or just stick with the one weight? Any biceps curls don't even burn! Advice would be great!!
