Went over cals yesterday
I feel soooooo stoopid, drank wine and ate my b/f lovely home cooked dinner and went over my cals yesterday, back on track today but could do with a kick up the bum for being so bloody weak! :-(

How often do you weight yourself
I know once a week is best but this week (first week on my diet) I have been sorely tempted to see if I have lost anything and just wondering if anyone else does the same? Do you think once a week is the healthiest reflection of weightloss?

Hi I am new here and could do with all the motivation I can get, 26, work in an office (so on my butt most days) Had lost all the weight a few years ago then put it back on so hoping this time is the last time before I yo-yo all the way to the grand old age of thirty! Would welcome friendly positive people to talk to! :-)

How would you describe a cross trainer on the exercise tool
I have put it down as a ski machine as I think this is the closest to it? If anyone can help that would be great Thanks
