Stuck at a plateau despite good rate of loss
Can anyone advise me where I’m going wrong? Despite having a high deficit for the last 3 weeks I seemed to have plateaued at around 138lbs. I weigh and measure all foods, and use a Fitbit HR to exercise. I’m 5ft 2, 28 and have a desk job so I make sure to exercise almost daily (one rest day). I usually eat around 1500cals.

I'm 5ft 2, 138lbs and 24y. So I had worked out my TDEE - 20%, had a bad week eating wise and ate 1000 calories over my weekly goal, but lost a 1lb which was my weekly goal. So happy with that.
