Coliac and losing weight

So I'm quite new to MFP, I've read all the newbie posts etc. and I'm a little fed up.
I'm a small girl (5ft 2 and weigh about 139 pounds) which is right at the top end of the BMI normal range and just don't get it. I go to the gym at work for 30 mins every day, run 3 times a week and body pump twice a week and play badminton once a week.
In the past the only way I've really lost weight is by eating very little or no carbs which is completely unsustainable so now I'm looking for a healthy way to lose weight.
I have the added hindrance of being coeliac, so when I occasionally get poisoned, I worry that would affect taking any nutrients in and therefore encourage my body to store fat.
Not sure how many calories I need to be eating to lose weight, I've tried lowering it but that just seemed to make me gain more weight! I've been on the accurate calorie calculator and that tells me to eat around 1570 cals a day but not sure if that takes into account all the exercise?

Set-up your MFP profile to reflect your life before you do any exercise. Add your exercise and eat back about half of those calories. You should be getting direction for food choices from your dietitian due to you indigestion problem.
As a rule of thumb, the following weekly targets would give a balance between minimizing negative side effects and seeing a reasonable weekly weight loss:
More than 75 lbs. 2 lbs. /week
40-75 lbs. 1.5 lbs. /week
10-40 lbs. 1 lb. /week
Less than 10 lbs. 0.5 lb./week
