Fitbit double counting
My Fitbit counts the time on my wrist that I exercise, but then it is double counted when I put it into MyFitnessPal? How can I fix that without taking the Fitbit off? Or do I not log exercise anymore ?

I have a hard time not expecting weight to drop immediately
I am trying to actually loose weight and not let myself this time. Looking for a good support group. I need to loose about 55lbs, and I have a hard time not expecting the weight to drop immediately.
